Madonna is denounced by a fan for “unannounced pornography”

A Madonna fan has filed a complaint against the singer alleging that he and others were “forced” to watch “pornography without warning” at her 'Celebration' tour concert.

The complaint specifies that neither he nor any of the attendees were notified in advance about the explicit content of the concert in Los Angeles. He then goes on to say that the performance started an hour and a half late, that Madonna played back in some parts and that the fans were subjected to unbearable conditions, both because of the heat and the nature of the content.

According to the legal document, the excessive heat in the venue was caused because the singer asked that the air conditioning be turned off, telling attendees to undress if they were too hot. Regarding the content of the show, the complaint talks about being forced to watch “topless women simulating sexual acts.” In this way, Madonna has been denounced for false advertising, unfair competition and intentional infliction of emotional distress, among other charges.
