Madee present “All My Ghost Friends”, the first preview of “Bury Me In The Craters Of The Moon”, which will be their eighth studio album and will be released next October.
Additionally, the group has announced a new date at La Nau in Barcelona the next October 22which is added to those already confirmed of Bilbao (May 28) and Valencia (May 30).
The song is again based on a text by the American poet and photographer Mark Swanson and revolves around the persistence of memory and the emotional presence of those who are no longer here. Between evocative images and the melodic intensity that characterizes its sound, the song reflects on how memories continue to cross the present even in absence. A trajectory in line with the style of his next album, which will address precisely themes linked to human fragility and transformation.
Madee’s return comes after several years marked by internal changes and moments of uncertainty. After the departure in 2023 of Ramón Rodríguez, the historic voice of the band, the project resumed activity thanks to the reunion between Pep Masiques and Marc Prim, with which Rodríguez once again becomes part of the group, which is now celebrating twenty-five years since its birth.
To celebrate, the artists announced a new date in La Nau in Barcelona on October 22which is added to the concerts already planned in Kafe Antzokia in Bilbao on May 28 and 16 Tons of Valencia on May 30.
