Lucinda Williams, iconic singer-songwriter and winner of three Grammy Awards, has announced three dates in Spain in 2025. In this way, the author of ‘Car Wheels On A Gravel Road’ will showcase her three-decade career in Madrid, Barcelona and Azkena Rock Basque Country Festival.
He is one of the most respected names in American folk, country and blues, mixing the typical melancholy of the southern part of the United States with a strong social and emotional content. The album ‘Car Wheels On A Gravel Road’ is her most acclaimed work and won the Grammy for Best Contemporary Folk Album in 1999. Her latest release, ‘Lucinda Williams Sings The Beatles From Abbey Road’, came out on December 6.
As far as venues are concerned, Williams will be on June 19 at the Sala Apolo in Barcelona and on June 21 at La Riviera in Madrid. Tickets will be available starting Friday, January 17, at 11 a.m., at Last Tour. Tickets for Azkena Rock Festival are now available on the event website.
