Love Of Lesbian invite Zahara to join them on “Tesis”

The Catalan band Love Of Lesbian releases a new single. It is “Tesis”, a new preview of their next work to be published in October and a song in which they collaborate with Zahara.

“Ejército de Salvación”, the new work by Barcelona-based Love Of Lesbian, will be released on October 11. And if until now we knew that it would include collaborations –already released– with Rigoberta Bandini (“Contradiction”) and Amaral (“What are you going to know?”), now they are joined by Zahara in a new single entitled “Tesis”.

According to Santi Balmes, “Tesis” is one of “those songs that have to be given a separate feed. With a Zahara reinvented for the occasion in a whispering sibyl, we are probably faced with one of the songs that, within a reasonable time, will have climbed positions among the fandom’s tastes until it is placed on the podium in an impeccable manner. There is something imprecise, perhaps its elegance, its groove or its unhurried structure, that can only be found in this song. If someone manages to define it, let us know and urgently call the number enabled for our salvation army.”

For her part, Zahara points out that “I listened to ‘Tesis’ while on tour, in a car, on my mobile phone speaker, and I thought it had that LOL thing that I had always connected with and that reminded me of the songs I shouted from the front row when I went to see them and they didn’t even know I existed. It’s been lovely to record with them again, to be allowed to explore my new ways of singing and to see that their magic continues to work.”
