Loreen, winner of Eurovision in 2012 with 'Euphoria', and then in 2023 with 'Tattoo', that is, the reason why the Eurovision Song Contest, this year, is held in Sweden, has confirmed two concerts in Spain of the hand of Primavera Sound, now for 2025.
On her new visit to Spain, Loreen will perform on March 8 at the Paral·lel 62 in Barcelona and on March 9 at La Riviera Madrid. The singer is preparing, in the words of Primavera Sound, “an exuberant and theatrical proposal that does not really need context to be enjoyed”, a performance that confirms that “the figure of Loreen has already transcended the Eurovision codes.”
Tickets for Loreen's two concerts in Spain will go on sale at DICE starting next May 10 (Friday) at 10 a.m., at a cost of 30 euros plus distribution costs.
In addition, during Eurovision week, Loreen releases a new single. 'Forever' follows in the wake of melodic trance of recent hits like 'Miracle' by Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding, betting on a crushing and apotheotic base in equal parts. Loreen will perform 'Forever' live at the Eurovision Grand Final this Saturday, May 11.
Loreen says that 'Forever' is the second part of a story that began with 'Tattoo': «Tattoo was the first chapter of the story, the one that put us in the situation. We are before this entity, which is masculine, is feminine, is everything. It comes from the earth, from the dust, it is very spiritual. And now in this second chapter, Forever, an awakening occurs. It is a song that speaks of that moment when you feel that you have gone through all the dirt and dust, in which you have overcome situations in life, and you can finally see things clearly. “It talks about abandoning illusions and being free.”
Loreen, with her second Eurovision victory thanks to 'Tattoo', is one of two artists to have won the Song Contest on more than one occasion, along with Irish singer Johnny Logan. Loreen is, in her case, the first woman to win the Crystal Microphone twice. In addition, Loreen has led Sweden in Eurovision to achieve her seventh victory.
