Lola Indigo was going to present her new album, ‘Nave Dragon’, in three of the largest stadiums in our country. Finally, the Granada artist will only pass through Madrid (June 14) and Seville (June 21), until again notice. The singer’s team has decided to cancel the date of July 12 at the RCDE Stadium in Barcelona after a crossing of accusations with the town hall of the town.
Everything has begun with indigo statements in El Hormiguero. In them, the singer said that “they do not want to let us do the concert of Barcelona”: “I tell it here today, I have not known how I was advancing until today,” Pablo Motos told.
The artist agreed on the “20,000 people who have chosen with her salary and her life see us in Cornellà” before blaming the town mayor, Antonio Balmon, “who does not want to do more than one concert per month, and that month is Robbie Williams.” This clarifies that the City Council suggested to advance the event, but that it was “impossible” for the elaborate production of the concert.
The official response of the City of Cornellá soon arrived, ensuring that the words of Lola Indigo “do not obey the real facts that have occurred.” The agency explained that she informed the promoter of the concert that the date of July 12 “was not viable.”
Indeed, as the artist in El Hormiguero said, there is “an agreement with the RCD Espanyol Club according to which, once the sports competitions have been completed, you can only schedule a non -sporty event per month in the stadium”: “This limit of activities remains to guarantee the agreement with the neighborhood neighborhood association and preserve the rest and quality of life of the neighborhood.”
Balmon, on the other hand, has indicated that Indigo’s statements are “uncertain, unjustified and out of place”, in addition to affirming that legal actions are being contemplated. He has also gone to prick where it hurts: “I do not believe that the citizens of the neighborhood around the field of RCD Espanyol have less rights than those living around Bernabéu.” Lola Indigo was already forced to change the Bernabéu for the Metropolitan last March.
GTS Management, in charge of the artist’s concert has confirmed the cancellation of the concert with a statement in which it is also clarified that “the return of the amounts of the entries will be carried out in the next few days, including management expenses.”
