Linkin Park surprise and silence mouths on Jimmy Fallon

Linkin Park have just made their debut on Jimmy Fallon’s show, surprising fans and detractors alike with a great performance of their new hit, ‘The Emptiness Machine’. Their new album, ‘From Zero’, will be available on November 15th.

Over the past few weeks, Linkin Park’s new line-up has been on everyone’s lips. The replacement of Chester Bennington by Emily Armstrong, and the controversy that has followed, naturally did not sit well with everyone.

Still, the charts have welcomed the new band’s first single with open arms. Even in Spain, where the song debuted at number 27 on the singles chart. A great result for a nu metal song.

Last night, any doubts about the new Linkin Park were completely dispelled by the powerful performance they gave at the American late night show. If anyone had anything to prove, it was Armstrong, and he did so in spades as he let his voice out on the microphone.
