Lana del Rey and Quavo show another preview of ‘Tough’

Lana del Rey and Quavo have an unexpected collaboration on their hands. The author of ‘Summertime Sadness’ and the member of Migos, now inactive, have decided to surprise all their followers with the announcement of a joint song. Although at first it may seem totally surreal, it would not be the first time that Lana has worked with someone so far from her gender. ASAP Rocky or Playboi Carti are some rappers with whom the American has already collaborated in the past. In addition, Quavo and Lana have been seen together on several occasions in recent months.

The first preview shows a short conversation between the rapper and the singer on a basis that could well fit into the music of either of the two, since it brings together both trap percussion and some vintage-inspired guitar chords. «Do you want to come north? I’ll show you where I’m from,” the Atlantan is heard saying. The fragment is illustrated with a photograph of Lana and Quavo in his childhood home.

The second preview that was released a few weeks later shows a more pop side of the collaboration, which could be its chorus.
