As if it weren’t enough to watch Zane Lowe conduct the most boring, helpful and esoteric interviews on the planet, someone has thought of putting him behind the wheel of the new Christmas Carpool Karaoke. James Corden, retired from television, passes the baton to the New Zealander in a festive “Carpool” special that can now be seen on Apple TV, and which premieres on December 20 in the rest of the world.
Lady Gaga, Chappell Roan and Dua Lipa are the three great guest stars in this Carpool Karaoke that promises lots of fun. Aside from Zane Lowe’s reinvention, watch out for Lady Gaga recovering her ‘Christmas Tree’. He also sings ‘Disease’, which can be considered the first official performance of this song on a television show.
Chappell singing ‘Super Graphic Ultra Modern Girl’, and Dua Lipa, enchanted singing Christmas carols, also appear in the first preview of this festive Carpool Karaoke, in which Corden calls Zane on the phone to tell him that he will have to pick up his passengers in three different cities in the world: Tokyo, Los Angeles and Missouri.
