The Can of Light Bulbs celebrates (and celebrates!) a quarter of its life. Coinciding with its 25th anniversary, the Zaragoza venue La Lata de Bombillas presents a special and varied programme that includes concerts by The Red Room, Bernard Butler, Sidonie or Bart Davenport among many other names.
The Zaragoza room The Can of Light Bulbsopened in 1999 and defined by Fernando Alfaro as “a temple of indie”, has become, on its own merits and through countless unforgettable nights, one of the benchmarks for live music in venues. Not only in the capital of Aragon, but at a national level. One of those venues where all bands and artists want to play. Whether they are budding artists with the hope of feeling the sensations derived from being on the stage of the “temple”, or completely established artists who do not forget who gave them their first opportunity and who, grateful, do not hesitate to return to the welcoming stage when they are able to gather thousands of people at their concerts.
Not in vain, it is estimated that in the two locations that La Lata de Bombillas has known (first in María Moliner and currently in Espoz y Mina) and in this quarter of a century, more than 140,000 spectators distributed in some 2,000 concerts have passed through the hall. A heroic figure that places the hall, always headed by the tireless Javier Benito, as an indispensable catalyst of Zaragoza culture in recent decades. To celebrate such an important commemoration, La Lata de Bombillas has opted for what it does best: bringing live music to its stage, which has as a direct consequence the design of a spectacular poster, full of surprises and friendly names (Aragonese, national and international) who have wanted to join in the congratulations.

In February, Tulsa, Joe Crepúsculo and Santi Campos. In March, Steve Smyth, Carrots (a special reunion to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of La Lata de Bombillas) and
Women. And in April, Bart Davenport, Medalla and Luis Prado.
