Kissing against toxic men in ‘I WOULD KILL ALL THE MEN’

Morreo, the duo formed by the Andalusians Joseca and Germán, have released their most aggressive and powerful song, instantly becoming an anthem in their discography that will be shouted at every concert. There is no doubt about it. ‘MATARÍA A TODOS LOS HOMBRES’ is the Song of the Day.

Since the brilliant ‘DIABLITOS’, Morreo already warned that they were investigating darker, guitar-based sounds, but without losing their essence. ‘MATARÍA A TODOS LOS HOMBRES’ fits this description, being the most punk song that Morreo has made, but what draws the most attention is the lyrics: «My drug is not your laughter, my drug is that you get far away from me».

It’s a song they’ve already performed in their last live performances, working perfectly due to the shock of the theme, which revolves around expressing frustration with toxic masculinity in the most visceral and violent way possible. “I would kill all the men in this city,” they sing in the chorus. Let’s not kid ourselves, at some point we’ve all thought something similar. They’re so direct that even YouTube has deleted the link from its platform.
