King Gizzard will star in a brief residency in Barcelona

Artist residencies in the same city for a few days are becoming more common than we imagined. Now it's the Australians' turn King Gizzard And The Lizard Wizard in Barcelona.

We have heard examples like those of U2, Lady Gaga either The Killers in Las Vegas, not to mention the residences of LCD Soundsystem in cities like New York or Los Angeles, but they had not yet arrived in our country as such. King Gizzard And The Lizard Wizard's love affair with our country goes back a long way, which is why they have visited us on a good handful of occasions, especially the city of Barcelona, where they will settle for a few days in May next year. to star in three consecutive concerts.

Two years after their previous visit, the band will deploy their entire creative arsenal at Poble Espanyol. Stu Mackenzie's people will perform on Friday, May 23, Saturday, May 24 and Sunday, May 25, although we still do not know if the concerts will focus on specific works, on new material or on a review of his extensive career. In any case, we inform you that today a official pre-sale of the band in this same link, and later there will be official Primavera Sound pre-sale (June 12) and general sale (June 13).
