As we mentioned in the list of albums of the week, Karol G also dominates the singles list with ‘Si antes te había conocí’. The only important movement in the top 10 is the rise of ‘Ohnana’ by Kapo, which goes from position 31 to position 8. It is the strongest rise in recent days.
After 8 years of touring Colombia, Kapo from Cali was signed by La Industria Inc, home of Nicky Jam and Manuel Turizo. Among his first international hits were ‘Un qulito así’, ‘Bulevar’, ‘Labios equivocados’ and ‘Pelinegra’. But no song has gone as far as ‘Ohnana’, which already has 17 million streams on Spotify, being his biggest hit so far.
With its tropical tone, its summery rhythm, its Jamaican touches and its melancholic guitar, ‘Ohnana’ is making an impact especially in Colombia, Panama, Spain, Costa Rica and Venezuela. We’ll see if it continues to rise and can reach Spotify’s Global Charts.
Back in Spain, the strongest entry of the week is the strange ‘4TO 23’ by Aitana, which this time comes in at number 15, far from the artist’s other hits. It may also be her best, as the song has already dropped to number 50 on Spotify Spain.
The rest of the entries are ‘2XLL’ by JC Reyes with Yovngchimi and Slayter at number 48, the already mentioned ‘De vuelta’ by Tiago Pzk with Manuel Turizo (Tiago enters at number 19 in albums) and ‘Move’ by Adam Port, Stryv, Keinkemusic, Orso and Malachiiii at number 88.
