In the week of December 12 to 18, the record releases in Spain have been marked by the news of Extremoduro: their album ‘Se nos tumba el aire’, from Robe’s latest project, rises from position 7 to 3 after the overall calculation of the week. In addition, other Extremoduro albums rise or enter the list for the first time, as we have already mentioned.
While Rosalía remains at number 1 with ‘LUX’, the top 10 albums in Spain receive a single entry: the reissue of ‘Wish You Were Here’ by Pink Floyd on the occasion of its 50th anniversary. Its vinyl edition occupies fourth place on the special chart.
Operación Triunfo also leaves new entries on the list after the broadcast of the final gala, in which Cristina was proclaimed the winner. The album from said gala debuts at number 75, while the CD from gala 12 – the penultimate one – comes in at number 81. A better result is obtained by the live album by the co-presenter of Operación Triunfo 2025 and third finalist of Operación Triunfo 2017, Míriam Rodríguez: ‘Valió la pena fallar – Live Las Ventas’ opens at number 23.
As for real news, two entries are recorded. On the one hand, ‘Latin Lover Songs – The Mixtape’ by C. Marí, actually an EP, comes in at number 45. On the other, ‘Verano Saudade’, also an EP by Judeline, comes in at number 61.
Finally, we must highlight two entries related to live performances or reissues. At number 57, Sôber places their album ‘En vivo Las Ventas’, published on the occasion of their 30th anniversary. And in ’95, the British emo-rock band Bring Me the Horizon appears with the reissue of ‘That’s the Spirit’, which turns a decade old.
