Joyce Manor, stars of a new “Live on KEXP”

“Live on KEXP”, the live shows launched by the station that gives it its name, continues to add interesting concerts to its schedule. This time, it is the Californian indie rock and emo band Joyce Manor.

The concert that we can now see was recorded at the KEXP studios on May 12, 2026. As for the lineup, the trio composed of Barry Johnson (vocals and guitar), Matt Bert (bassist) and Chase Knobbe (guitar) is completed with the participation of Neil Berthier (guitar and keyboard) and Jared Shavelston (drums).

There are a total of twenty-eight minutes of performance throughout which the Californians perform “Grey Guitar”, “Well, Don’t It Seem Like You’ve Been Here Before?”, “Well, Whatever It Was”, “I Used To Go To This Bar” and “I Know Where Mark Chen Lives” from their latest studio work, “I Used To Go To This Bar”published by Epitaph last January. To these are added “NBTSA” of “40 oz. to Fresno” (22), “Heart Tattoo” by “Never Hungover Again” (14) and “Constant Headache” by “Joyce Manor” (13).
