Río Babel expands its activity beyond the festival and presents Las Noches de Río Babel, a new series of concerts that will bring together 33 performances between the months of September and November in different venues in Madrid.
The programming will feature artists such as Jorge Drexler, Trueno, Miranda!, Guitarricadelafuente, No Te Va Gustar, Depedro, La Bien Querida, Lido Pimienta, El Kuelgue, Plastilina Mosh, Los Palmeras, Las Pastillas del Abuelo or Maestro Espada, among others. The concerts will be distributed among spaces such as Movistar Arena, La Riviera, Teatro Eslava, Live Las Ventas, Sala Mon, Sala Villanos, Café Berlin, Lula Club, Sala Siroco or Café La Palma.
The cycle will start on September 4 with Estelares in Sala Uni and will last until mid-November. Among the events are concerts by Jorge Drexler (September 26, Movistar Arena), Guitarricadelafuente (October 2, Movistar Arena), Trueno (October 21, Movistar Arena), No Te Va Gustar (November 1, Live Las Ventas) and Miranda! (November 11, Movistar Arena).
Although Las Noches de Río Babel was born in 2020 as an initiative to maintain musical activity during the pandemic, the project now returns as a stable cycle that seeks to keep the festival’s link with the concert program alive for the rest of the year.
