Joe Biden confused Taylor Swift with Britney Spears during his speech this Monday at the White House, and also alluded to Beyoncé, in one of those episodes that could only take place in the United States.
Every year, before Thanksgiving dinner, the president of the United States “pardons” two turkeys from being slaughtered for dinner. In his speech, Biden explains that the two lucky turkeys, Liberty and Bell, have gone through real hardships to achieve success, and he compared his experience to that of buying concert tickets.

Evidently, Biden is referring to Taylor Swift, who is currently on tour in Brazil with ‘The Eras Tour’, effectively facing high temperatures, and not to Spears, who is not on tour in Brazil or anywhere, since She has been retired from the stage for several years.
Laughing at those who constantly criticize him for his age, Biden celebrated his 146th birthday on Instagram by posing next to a cake filled with candles that appears to be on fire. She actually turned 81, just this Monday the 20th.
