Jay-Z denounces for defamation to the woman who denounced her

Jay-Z is not satisfied that the complaint for rape that a woman with a code name (Jane Doe) has been dismissed. This assured that he had abused her in 2000, when she was 13 years old, in an After-Park of the MTV VMA’s.

The inconsistency of the case and lack of evidence have led to their definitive dismissal, but now Jay-Z ensures that he has lost 20 million dollars in contracts, and suffered serious psychological damage. Therefore she has denounced this woman and her lawyers, Tony Buzbee and David Fortney, for defamation, malicious process, civil conspiracy and procedural abuse.

This demand recorded in Alabama affirms that Jane Doe “voluntarily admitted to Jay-Z’s representative that he had not assaulted it,” but that Tony Buzbee “pressed her to move forward with the false narrative of the aggression by Jay-Z to obtain a payment.”

He also alleges that the lawyers and the complainant extorted the rapper “through a private letter” and tried “desperately to press Mr. Carter to accept an extortion payment.”

The lawyer Tony Buzbee has issued a statement that includes People magazine: «After talking with Jane Doe, it seems that the appointments attributed to him in this lawsuit are completely invented, or spoke with someone who is not Jane Doe. This is just an attempt to intimidate this poor woman, something we will deal with in due time. We will not be intimidated by frivolous cases ».
