The fourth single from what will be the second album of Jamie XX, “In Waves”which will be released in September. In this new song, “Dafodil”, he collaborates with Panda Bear, Kelsey Lu and John Glacier.
“Dafodil” comes after the collaborations of the member of The XX with The Avalanches, Honey Dijon or RobynBut this time he has recorded with several artists, in this case Panda Bear, Kelsey Lu and John Glacier, who already revived the song at one of The Floor’s parties in London.
The song will be part of “In Waves”which will be the second solo album –or rather, outside of The XX– that will be released on September 22 by the record label Young. It will be released in digital format on all platforms, but also on CD and in different vinyl formats, one of them including a vinyl with previous singles such as “It’s So Good”, “KILL DEM” and “LET’S DO IT AGAIN”, as well as the previously unreleased “FU (ft. Erykah Badu)” and “Do Something”.
