This summer Madrid will host the Reggae musicin an unmissable day for fans of Jamaican roots music. It will be on July 23 and is part of Road Trip Festival.
On July 23rd, the event will be held at the Madrid Drive-In Theater Reggaemad Fest, a great opportunity to enjoy good reggae and sister genres in the capital. For this edition, the first names that will flood Madrid with warm sounds have already been confirmed.
The festival will feature on its main stage the participation of Julian Marley & The Uprising, Emeterians And Forward Ever Bandand Payoh Soul Rebel & The RootskankOn the other hand, on the Carpa stage we will be able to see Luv Mesenger and Unity Soundwith limited capacity until full capacity is reached.
Julian He is one of the sons of Bob Marley with one of the most successful careers in the world of Jamaican music. The artist published “Colors Of Royal“(23) last year, this being the musician’s fourth album. Among his discography, the legendary singles “Boom Draw” and “Lemme Go” stand out, which accompany the artist in all his concerts. Emeterians are one of the great reggae groups formed in Madrid and could not miss this great event. In 2021 they presented “Lockdown Project“(21), fruit of pandemic times. Payoh Soul Rebel & The Rootskank They are another of the great reggae artists in Spain. Next to one of the backing bands most respected and active national bands such as Rootskank, Payoh will show all their potential and musical background on the Reggaemad stage.
