Jack Broadbentthe bluesman of the 21st century, stars in the starting shot of Piñata Music Series in Valencia. His performance will be this Wednesday June 26th in 16 Tons.
The British Jack Broadbent is one of the indispensable names of current blues, hence legends like Ron Wood, Bootsy Collins either Joe Bonamassaamong others, have repeatedly praised him in various interviews. At the Montreaux Jazz Festival, he was even described as “the new master of slide guitar.”
But his concert will also be the kick-off of the Piñata Music Series, which is coming to Valencia for the first time after several years operating in Barcelona and Madrid.
The Piñata Music Series dates in Valencia will consist of the following concerts: Fink (September 15, Jerusalem), He Killed a Motorized Cop (September 19, Moon), The Kiffness (October 2, Loco Club), Putochinomaricón (October 2, Ram Club), Rita Payés (November 5, La Rambleta), Mulatu Astatke (November 6, La Rambleta), Alcalá Norte (December 19, 16 Tons) and Iván Ferreiro (December 20, Sala Moon).
