“ROMANCE”the fourth album of DC Fountains will undoubtedly be one of the albums of the year. And the latest preview they have released, “In The Modern World”, serves to underline this before its official release this Friday.
“In The Modern World” is the fourth and final preview of an album, “ROMANCE”which is among the most anticipated of the season. So far we have been able to listen to “Starburster”, “Favourite”, “Here’s The Thing” and now this “In The Modern World” with which Fontaines DC give us many clues of what we are going to find in their fourth full-length.
If their previous work achieved great success (including being named Mondo Sonoro’s International Album of the Year), there is no doubt that the Irish are going to be very active this season with their new batch of songs, which we will be able to hear this Friday, August 23 via XL Recordings/Popstock!
To round off the play, the group accompanies the song with a new video clip directed by Luna Carmoon (like the previous one, “Here’s The Thing”) and starring Ewan Mitchell (“House Of The Dragon”, “The Last Kingdom”).
