“If freedom does not exist”, second advance by the people of Barcelona Periferia

Periphery have released the second single of what will be their next release, “What remains to be felt”which they will release shortly and which led them to be the cover group of our February issue.

Periphery presents “If freedom does not exist”, the second preview of his next album, a song that vindicates vulnerability as a space of truth and resistance. The band continues to explore the emotional folds of the human experience, this time pointing out fragility as legitimate, necessary and deeply liberating territory. Faced with this pressure, they raise an uncomfortable question: what if there is no freedom that saves us from that weight?

This new release is the second preview of his upcoming EP “What remains to be felt”which will be published on March 6. Furthermore, it coincides with a key moment for the band, which has recently appeared on the cover of Sound World in his edition of Februaryconsolidating its projection within the state panorama. In addition, it will be part of the programming of The Mondo Sonoro Demoscopic which will be held in Madrid the next March 11.

The release of the album will be accompanied by an extensive tour already confirmed throughout the state, in which Periphery will present his new live show. They will touch the March 11 in The Mondo Sonoro Demoscopic of Madrid, March 13 in Foundry Room of Logrono, March 20 in Zero Room of Tarragona, April 10 in Eighth Art Room of Segovia, April 17 in Beat Club Garage Room of Murcia, April 24 in Rogue Room of Toledo, April 25 in Vega Rock of Atarfe, May 5 in The Mirona of Girona, September 11 in Kalikenyo of Bellvis and October 2 in Marearock Room of Alicante. In addition, they will be present at festivals such as Telegrafica Festival of Barcelona, Refugee Laughter of Amayuelas de Abajo, Iruña Rock of Iruna, Rookie Rock of Vilches and Aupa Lumbreiras of Villena.
