The British band IDLES has released the remix of his song “POP POP POP” with the collaboration of the American rapper Danny Brown. The original song is part of IDLES’ latest work published a few months ago.
IDLESthe British post-punk band, has released a remix of their own song “POP POP POP”, but this time with the guest vocals of the American rapper Danny Brown. The British, known for their raw and intense style, have given a dark twist to this song from their album “TANGK” (released in February 2024), fusing rock and hip hop. The remix stands out for the combination of the vocal registers of Danny Brown –nasal and more acute– and Joe Talbot –more resounding and serious-.
This collaboration is not new, since the band and the rapper had already performed it live during the festival of Glastonbury. However, this studio version offers a more refined, compact and sharp production.
