I am going to remember you: the best pop indie

On October 10 there will be a double Pop indie program in Madrid. This is the joint concert between Sanhugus and I will remember you, that it will take place in Maravillas Club. It is part of the Madrid scenarios of Vibra Mahou, which as every month includes indie, jazz, soul or rock shows.

Sanhugus passes from Noise to the post-song of song to song, being the most popular that Mulder’s sister ‘has. As for “I am going to remind you”, it is more focused on the Jangle Pop of some Smiths or The Cure More Pop. At least that’s what the two songs that have uploads to platforms point.

So I’m going to remind you is Marcos de López project, before in bands like Olivia Is a Ghost and Fairy. Both projects came to upload themes to streaming. On Instagram, Marcos has announced that he will soon have a new solo composition in the market -the same day of the concert. At the moment you can listen to ‘Night Worship’ and ‘First Stamy’, which we select as a song of the day.

With a somewhat somewhat bizarre love melody (in particular ‘Dance Sumeria’), but a much more pop sound, the lyrics speak of someone’s absence. “First stampede without you” should be his title, although with the negativity of his letter (“I don’t know what to tell you,” “there is nothing to tell us”) contrasts his percussion and optimistic melody.

For the recognized influences I am going to remind you, a Spotify playlist is available. There he has included topics such as I have it, The Pests, Another Sunny Day or The Field Mice.
