From September 18 to 21, the Old Puerto de Getxo hosts the fourth edition of the Dalecandela Festa solidarity festival with free admission that combines music, sport, gastronomy and family activities to give visibility to the ELA and raise funds against the disease.
Dalecandela Fest He returns a year of September to Puerto Viejo de Getxo with his fourth edition, already consolidated as a solidarity event in the north. For four days, music and culture will become a speaker against amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ELA), with a poster that brings together artists of great projection with local talents.
Iván Ferreiro, Coti, Los Zigarros, León Benavente, Gari, Susan Santos or Akatz lead a program in which Duggos, Sotomonte, The Half Nelsons, Fizzz, Carlos Ares, Santi Guzmán, Swingtronics, Los Toldos and Moses & The Tablets, also stand out, inter alia. A total of about twenty bands will go through the stage located on the esplanade of the old port at a free festival and open to all audiences.
In addition to concerts, Dalecandela Fest will offer sports activities such as the traditional Western crossing through the ELA, children’s workshops with Kids & Us, Magician Oliver or Vaca Rules, Herri Kirolak exhibitions and artistic proposals. Gastronomy will also have an outstanding place, turning the festival into a complete experience. All activities are available on the organization’s website.
With each edition, the Dalecandela Festorganized by the non -profit association Dalecandela, reaffirms its commitment to research and support to those who suffer from ELA, combining culture, solidarity and community in a unique environment.
