On June 1, the festive, free-access event will be held with performances by a total of 18 artists who will serve as an appetizer for the new edition of the Bilbao BBK Live.
Hirianthe traditional urban appetizer of the festival Bilbao BBK Live, will once again fill one of Bilbao's neighborhoods with music. On this occasion, the streets and squares of Errekalde will become a festive, free-access day for one day with an avant-garde, eclectic musical program open to all tastes.
Among the almost twenty musical projects that will download their musical proposal will be Carlangas, the former leader of Novedades Carminha, with his new project, Carlangas and Los Cubatas, a mix of disco and rock full of sixties influences; The Argentine rapper Dillom; The Madrid singer and songwriter Alice Wonder; Putilatex, the “electro-punk band from Albacete”; psychedelic garage-rock band Doctor Explodedn; The explosive trio of DJs Coolnena; the guipuzcoan Euskoprincess; the powerful and Basque rock of Ezpalak; Germán and La Alegría del Barrio, a project with the band of the experienced Navarrese musician Germán Carrascosa; the hip-hop of HUDA; The riot grrrls I hate them; the bilbaina maren; the young band from Guipuzcoa Miruto; The unique Asturian musician Pablo Und Destruktion; The Canary Islands Pipiolas; the Murcian artist Breaking off; DJ Toy; and the producer $kyhook.
Hirian It is a project of Creative Industries Foundation that, together with Bilbao BBK Live, maintain their unwavering commitment to music, culture and diversity. This social project is consolidated with the objective of creating a unique experience that transcends the limits of the festival and becomes a catalyst for social change, promoting the participation of the entire population and providing value to the community in which it impacts.
The festival, for its part, will be held on July 11, 12 and 13 in Kobetamendi and day tickets, vouchers and camping places are already on sale on its website.
