Hinds They continue to give us previews of what we are going to find on their next album, “LONG LIVE HINDS”The new trailer is “The Bed, The Room, The Rain And You”, available now on all platforms.
“LONG LIVE HINDS” is one of the most anticipated albums of the final stretch of summer. It will arrive on September 6th and we will find songs as fresh as the already known “Coffee”, “Boom Boom Back” (with the illustrious collaboration of Beck) and “En Forma” (Hinds’ first song composed entirely in Spanish).
But we already have a new preview in our hands. It is “The Bed, The Room, The Rain And You”, a story of “a love that does not seek to be reciprocated; a love song that does not expect anything from the other party, but the joy of knowing what that romantic impact generates in us.”
The Madrid duo introduces “The Bed, The Room, The Rain And You” with these words: “This song represents the constant search for love, like a quiet and peaceful place, a temple. It’s a love song that has nothing to do with actually being with the other person, or even being loved in return. It’s about the comfort you feel when you think of them, when you imagine them smiling after a funny joke or listening to a song they would like.”
The song, which like the entire album was recorded in rural France, was produced by Pete Robertson (Beabadoobee), mixed by GRAMMY winner Caesar Edmunds (The Killers, Wet Leg), and includes a collaboration with Grian Chatten of DC Fountainsin addition to the already known collaboration with Beck.
