Has Lorde copied Rahim Redcar?

Lorde has launched a single called ‘Man of the Year’ this week in which he reflects on gender identity. Many has remembered the transition from Christine & The Queens, currently known as Rahim Redcar. In spring Sound concerts, for example, at one time the chest was discovered and acted without a shirt, covering their nipples with a tape, more or less like Lorde in this new video clip.

So Rahim Redcar would have gone to social networks to accuse Lorde of having copied him. The message has appeared on an Instagram account that is not verified but to which his followers give truth because “Christine and the Queens” follows it.

The message said: «For Lorde, you’re welcome. LOL. It is rare to see constant elements of my work digested out there without being accredited as inspiration (…) What are I supposed to do, lie? I wonder if one day I will have the credit I deserve, and I say it without bitterness, just really curious. Let’s be honest, I’m made to enjoy huge concerts, so why can’t honor the original flame? But well, I make incredible music again, am I right?
