Happy Mondays, a Spanish tour of three dates

The British Happy Mondays They will visit us next September to offer three concerts. The band will accompany you on the poster The Gulps. So get ready to dance with one of the top representatives of what the sound was Madchester.

Happy Mondays They were one of the main representatives of the music scene that, at the end of the eighties and the early nineties, flourished in Manchester and that put the dance clubs above. A totally novel form in those days of approaching the Dancefloor. And here the group continues, combining the spirit of those years, combining psychedelia, soul, house, and so on.

Although older ones, Shaun Ryder and his band will make us dance reviewing discs as emblematic and relevant as “Squirrel and G-Man Twenty Four Hour Party People Plastic Face Carnt Smile (White out)” (87), “Bummed” (88) and “Pill ‘N’ Thrills and Bellyaches” (90), although they have continued publishing records such as “Yes, please!” (92), “Uncle Dysfunktional” (07), “Best of Live in Barcelona” (18), “The Early Eps” (19) o “Uncle Dysfunktional (2020 Mix)” (20).

As for the three Spanish concerts, we can see them in: Madrid (September 24, La Riviera), Barcelona (September 25, Razzmatazz) and Valencia (September 26-27, Northern Marine Enclosure; within the Fest Viewer). In Barcelona and Madrid they will accompany you The Gulps. You can get the tickets in this same link.
