Celebrities have begun to show off their elaborate Halloween costumes on social media and some deserve to be commented on in detail. The prize goes to Lizzo, who has dressed up as “Lizzo”… the “weight loss medication” imagined in South Park that bears her stage name. No, it is not Ozempic or “Lizzozempic.” The ‘About Damn Time’ singer, who was very excited to appear in South Park even if it was in this way, has even worked on an advertising image.
Another costume that has circulated a lot on networks and media is that of Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco: the couple has paid tribute to Alice in Wonderland by dressing up as Alice and the Mad Hatter.
Doja Cat and Kim Petras, each in their own right, have given life to two video game characters, the first as the flower with big tits from ‘Conker’s Bad Fur Day’ (2001), the second as Ulala from ‘Space Channel 5’. Beyoncé, in her line, has once again chosen a musical icon from the past, this time, Betty Davis. And Paris Hilton has had a similar idea dressing up as her friend Britney Spears.
Rauw Alejandro from ‘The Mask’, Karol G from ‘Matilda’ and Kim Kardashian from “Albino Alligator” have also presented very elaborate cosplays. The least, Ed Sheeran, although his idea has been meta: he has disguised himself as a version of himself created by Artificial Intelligence.
Janelle Monáe, who, in recent years, has become the queen of Halloween, with forgiveness from Heidi Klum, has once again surprised by publishing a fantastic photo session inspired by Freddy Krueger and ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street’. In this session, Monáe uses the figure of Krueger to question outdated notions of gender. In a second costume, he played ET… and he coincided, precisely, with Klum, who also stepped into the shoes of the famous alien.
The costume of Ice Spice, who played Leeloo from the 1997 film ‘The Fifth Element’, has also been a highlight. Ava Max, Nicki Nicole and Victoria Justice, who had the good idea of recovering the character of ‘Coraline’, have not missed Halloween either, although they have been less scary than Anitta’s tremendous “pregnancy”, which has turned out to be related to his new single with The Weeknd.
