Roland has announced the new GO:Livecasta mobile audio interface with a dedicated app to make your videos for streaming more professional and flexible.
Whether you are youtuber, instagramer, twitcher, tiktoker either pornhuberhe GO:Livecast incorporates solutions to make your videos look very pro without having to do a Premiere master. The physical interface is very easy to use, and has all types of connections for your audio: a powered microphone input phantomanother stereo line input on minijack and headphone connection (headphones can be connected broadcast with microphone). Don’t you have a microphone? Don’t worry, GO:Livecast has a built-in microphone in case you want to make a recording without anything other than yourself smartphone and the interface. It also has two micro USB ports, for connection to your device and another for charging (includes Lightning and USB-C cables, for use on both Android and iOS).
The APP, for iOS and Android
Regarding the app, it has preset effect libraries to improve your broadcasts, allows text editing to superimpose on the video (you can store your own libraries with effects for different broadcasts), reverb for the microphone, direct broadcast on Facebook Live, Instagram, Twitch or Twitter, being able to see the comments of your followers in real time, skin filters,… and a very long etcetera of ideal features for your streaming. And what seemed like a win in every rule: you can use as second chamber that of another smartphone via WiFi! I think this opens up a world of shot possibilities to make the video much more attractive. Of course, you can do the camera changes from the interface, and even use both on a split screen. Fantastic!
And the price? You will ask yourself. Well, it seemed pretty tight to me. It’s €249which I believe that due to a mobile interface with a microphone preamp, several controls and an integrated microphone, and a very cool dedicated app, it is a more than reasonable price. It would be good for more than one person to not make such crappy product videos…
