Goat Girl headline the XVI edition of Andoaingo Rock Jaialdia

After celebrating its 15th anniversary last year, Andoaingo Rock Jaialdia returns on June 15 with a lineup made up of young and emerging groups from the local and international scene.

On June 15, the Guipuzcoan town of Andoain will once again host a new installment of one of the essential events on the Guipuzcoan rock agenda. After celebrating their 15th anniversary in style last year (with a line-up headed by Black Lips – chronicle here -), this year the British Goat Girl They will star in the star performance of the day. The London trio is one of the jewels of the Rough Trade label and arrives with its third album under its arm to make us enjoy its amalgamation of sounds that includes noise-rock, playful pop-rock, uninhibited postpunk and a good dose of fresh garage sixties In the absence of any band to be confirmed, the British trio will not be missing The Bug ClubDutch people tramhausthe French rock & roll trio Howlin' Jawsthe Basque-Catalan duo Pinpilinpussies and the young Guipuzcoan quartet Ithaka.

The “Aperitif” program will open the festival at noon and will feature extensive participation from Gipuzkoa (Loving, Indabe and Munlet plays Devo) that will offer pop-rock sounds, crazy electronics and experimental rock. Likewise, there will be a luxury DJ session in Goikoplaza that the organizers will detail soon.
