Gijón Sound Festival announces artists like Biznaga or Deadletter

The next edition of Gijón Sound Festival will be held between April 4 and 6, 2025 in various locations in the city of Gijon. Now, in addition, the first names that will participate have been announced.

Organized by Divertia Gijón SA and Mestizo Producciones, the Gijón Sound Festival has already announced the first participating artists. And that list is currently chaired by the Spanish Biznaga, Lie Detectors and Igor Paskual Rockin’ Rothkosand the British Deadletter. Along with them, the Catalan band of rudegirls The Stubbornshe sound system Scottish Mungo’s Hi Fi feat. Eva Lazarus, Cool Up & Sherlock Horns and the DJs The Widow of Angelín and Ximelgu. More names will be announced shortly to join the lineup.

It will be a new opportunity to see the city of Gijón transformed into a new epicenter of independent music with proposals that escape the most standard and that seek their own path. Exactly the same thing that the festival intends, which uses #ELFESTIVALMASPLAYU as its subtitle and hashtag.

The concerts will take place at the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (afternoon session and vermouth session) and in the Acapulco Room (afternoon session).
