The Scots Franz Ferdinand are back in action with the first preview of their upcoming full-length album. They have also announced three Spanish dates for their upcoming presentation tour in 2025.
It will be released on January 10, 2025 “The Human Fear”the next work by Franz Ferdinand, but don’t worry because you can already listen to the first of the album’s advance songs. “Audacious” is already available on all platforms, with its Bowie feel and anticipating what the album’s sound will be like, maintaining the group’s hallmarks, of course.
It’s been over twenty years since Franz Ferdinand released their first single “Darts Of Pleasure” on Domino and achieved international success with the timeless hit “Take Me Out”. From then on, with line-up changes in between, the group has continued forward with Alex Kapranos (vocals and guitar) and Bob Hardy (bass) at the front. But that doesn’t mean they’ve slowed down. That’s why they’ve already announced this new work.

We will be able to see Alex Kapranos and his team in A Coruña (February 15, Sala Pelícano), Madrid (February 17, La Riviera) and Barcelona (February 18, Razzmatazz). Aside from the dates in Spain, Franz Ferdinand will be touring Latin America with The Killers, as well as passing through various European cities. They will also be playing in Lisbon on February 14, 2025 in Great Hallwhose date we highlight due to its proximity to our territory.
