A few days ago an account appeared on Instagram in which stories of dozens of alleged abuses by rappers were piled up. Ajax and Prok. The accusations have already generated some initial consequences: loss of manager and cancellation of his concert in Madrid. WiZink Center.
According to Elena Cabrera in ElDiario.esthere are already more than sixty stories and testimonies (including two ex-partners) of alleged abuses that have been launched against the duo of Andalusian rapper brothers Ayax and Prok. In the Instagram account (Denuncias Granada) in which the stories appeared, the names of the two musicians were crossed out in the first accusations, but their names appeared every so often. Hence, the case has ended up spreading throughout the scene until it reached the ears of the media, artists and even his professional team. The stories speak of alleged abuses, violent and sexist attitudes, etc.
The result has been that their management agency (Taste The Floor) has decided to stop working with them and that their concert scheduled for March 28, 2025 at the WiZink Center in Madrid has been cancelled. As for the remaining dates, they remain up in the air waiting to see how events develop.
The statement from Taste The Floor points out that they have stopped working with the duo “In the face of the numerous and very serious accusations that have come to light in recent weeks (…) From our organization we strongly reject any act of sexist violence and we trust a fair and complete judicial investigation.”
Among the people who have released notes on the case of the Pedrosa brothers, we find Dulce and Caneca, both ex-couples who have joined Denuncias Granada, considering the stories of abuse valid due to their experience. These stories have appeared after a long time in which the case was considered “an open secret”, even with previous complaints on social networks that did not go any further. Ayax and Prok responded on social media, claiming they were alluded to, denying all accusations and calling the attacks “nonsense, uncontrolled defamation and personal vendettas.” It has also been Ayax who has pointed out that situations should not be mixed, because “I am Ayax and my brother is Prok, we are not the same person. If an ex talks about my brother, she talks about my brother, I am a different person. I am with my brother to death, in everything. Everything that is said about my brother is also a lie.”
We will continue to see where the case goes and if the whole matter ends up in court given the long list of cases that have come to light.
