Filed the case of the fellows of ‘Malinche’; Nacho Cano reacts

Nacho Cano was charged last year following an alleged illegal hiring of Mexican immigrants for the musical ‘Malinche’. This faced two crimes, against the rights of workers and favor of illegal immigration. Today, the investigation has been filed by the Provincial Court of Madrid.

The organism has concluded that Cano did not enter clandestinely to its fellows to work in the musical, as you could believe in the beginning. The court clarifies that ordering the fellows who enter Spain as tourists and not as students or workers is within normality: “It is a non -unusual procedure assumed by the regulations of the European Union.”

Therefore, it would be allowed to “enter as a tourist without visa” and “request the visa for students” once within the country. The car determines that those responsible for the musical “opened a scholarship system jointly with the house of Mexico.” In this way, the scholarship program would be subsidized with private money both by the house of Mexico and by the musical producer.

Upon learning of the Court’s decision, which frees him from all crime, Nacho Cano has recorded a video from Mexico in which he gives his first impressions of what happened, while celebrating the decision of the Provincial Court. This appreciates the “impeccable work” of the officials wrapped in the case.

Of course, he says he does not forget “this year of injustice”: “I will not forget this judge, that I am going to put a spectacular complaint for what he has done, who knows he is wrong,” he sworn. Nor will they forget those who have done the “evil” for “a political issue”, of the police “who detract from the police body” and “those who still remain in Spain with the meaning of what true justice is.”

He has dedicated his last words to “these unfortunates who are sending in Spain and who have us all suffocated with their corruption”: “They are scoundrels, who had to go to jail one behind others,” he concludes.
