After all the whirlwind of festivals in June and July, the time for extreme metal will come from the hand of Drums Of War Festivalto be held at the end of August.
Over the last few months we have been able to enjoy a long list of festivals dedicated to various genres, but the moment for extreme metal will come on August 27, 28 and 29 thanks to the Drums Of War Festival, which will take place at Atlantic Events, in the Barcelona district of Sants-Montjuïc.
Drums Of War is a new festival where all possible extreme metal trends are represented, both those represented by classic bands and others that have young representatives who have immersed themselves in the scene a few years ago.
Among artists we will find names like Tormentor of Attila Csihar (Mayhem) from Hungary to Serious starring in a old school setpassing through the Norwegians 1349 – in which he is active Frost of Satyricon–, the classic German thrashers Destruction, Unleashed –celebrating the thirty-fifth anniversary of the legendary album “Where No Life Dwells”– or younger bands like Night Eternal, Death Hammer, Nocturnal, Lik, Attic either Hellbutcheramong many others.
