“En Forma”, Hinds' first song in Spanish

The Madrid Hinds They still have some surprises in store for us. Carlotta Cosials and Ana Perrote have not only collaborated with beck and with Grian Chatten (Fontaines DC), but now they publish their first song in Spanish.

Although they had included some words in our language, Hinds have decided to sign their first song entirely in Spanish, “En Forma”, a piece that turns out to be a kind of manifesto about what it is to be a young woman in the current moment. “En Forma” is the third preview of what will be “LONG LIVE HINDS”the duo's long-awaited fourth album, which will be released on September 6 through the British label Lucky Number Worldwide.

The song thus joins the two songs they have previously released, “Coffee” and “Boom Boom Back”, in which they share the spotlight with Beck Hansen himself. But let's let Carlotta Cosials herself talk to us about the subject: “My boyfriend left me and I turned thirty in the same week, which began a truly sad period in my life. This was the first song I wrote after months immobile and feeling pathetic. I wanted to be a normal person who does things, a happy person, but I couldn't. That's why the song is drenched in so much frustration and fury and restlessness.

For her part, Ana Perrote points out that: “When I'm with my friends we can talk about wars, love and clothes in the same afternoon. For me this song reflects the chaos and enormous range that encompasses being a young woman today. today. How overwhelming it can be to deal with the news, politics, our bodies, relationships and the washing machine all at the same time.

After spending these last few months hanging the sign of sold out in cities such as Paris, Munich, Berlin, Brighton or London, they announce new dates for the beginning of the year, in different cities in Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, Holland, France, Belgium or Belgium. You can see the complete list below the video clip, although we tell you that the Spanish cities in which they will play in January are Barcelona (January 16, Sala Apolo), Valencia (January 18, Sala Jerusalem) and Madrid (January 24, Teatro Barceló).
