Eminem reveals the release date of his album with the most bizarre trailer

Eminem has announced that his highly anticipated upcoming album, ‘The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)’, will be available on July 12. He’s revealed it in true Eminem style with the most bizarre trailer you’ll see today.

The American rapper is returning to his roots with the promotion of this upcoming LP, taking on the wild, comic-book style of his early releases. It will be his first album since ‘Music to Be Murdered By’ in 2020. In addition, he has released a new preview under the title ‘Tobey’ alongside Big Sean and BabyTron.

This single features a haunting beat that sounds like something out of a horror movie and the three rappers constantly exchanging verses. The title comes from the mention of actor Tobey Maguire in the lyrics, who played one of the most beloved versions of Spiderman: “Tobey Maguire was bitten by a spider, but I was bitten by a goat.”

Eminem’s disturbing trailer takes place during his own birth. It begins with a mother giving birth in a hospital room that many have identified as the same one that appeared in the promo for ‘Relapse’. When the baby is finally out, alarm bells go off because it appears to have been born stillborn. However, after some aggressive slapping on the butt, it begins to breathe. The surprise is when it opens its eyes, turning into a nasty demon.
