Els Amics de les Arts release two new collaborations

The Friends of the Arts have proposed to celebrate their twenty years of experience with twenty songs in which they work with twenty artists that will be collected in “20 years of Friends”. They will be new versions of their classics.

Els Amics de les Arts will celebrate their twenty years of experience with various initiatives. The most anticipated will be the concert offered by the July 25, 2025 at Poble Espanyol in Barcelona for six thousand people (which sold out in three hours), but there will be more. We’ll see if in this very special performance they have some of the guests they have been working with to shape the album. “20 years of Friends”.

and what is “20 years of Friends”? Well, an album that they will publish on their Pistatxo Records label in which they will re-record twenty of their main songs with twenty guest artists. At the moment we have been able to hear “4-3-3” with The Tyets“Citant Mercè Rodoreda” with Judith Neddermann“Ja no ens passa” with The Sticker“Jean-Luc” with Sidonie and “L’home que treballa fent de gos” with Andrea Motis.

To all of them are now added two collaborations with two classic artists of the Catalan scene. This is “The signal that you expect” with Goat Soup and “No ho entens” with Lluís Gavaldà of Els Pets.
