After a long time of waiting, Dua Lipa is ready to kick off her new era. This is what the artist has made known with a move that leaves no room for doubt in the world of pop culture: she has deleted all of her photos from her Instagram and has changed her profile photo on social networks.
Almost four years after the release of ‘Don’t Start Now’, the lead single from her ‘Future Nostalgia’, Dua Lipa leaves that nostalgia behind and erases her entire past on Instagram and TikTok. No photographs or videos can now be seen on the singer’s account on both platforms.
Likewise, the artist has changed her profile photo on all her social networks. The change, however, has not been random. Dua Lipa has modified the photos she previously had giving them a kaleidoscopic effect. This has also happened on the covers of her YouTube videos.
This theme with which the singer has decided to present her new era increases rumors of her collaboration with producer Kevin Parker, who makes psychedelic music in his Tame Impala project. In fact, the cover of her album ‘InnerSpeaker’ presents a fairly similar aesthetic.
If Dua Lipa decides to go for the same type of schedule that she has used with her previous projects, her new single should be released this month or next in advance of her third studio album, which would arrive in 2024.
