‘Don’s Tap the Glass’ by Tyler, The Creator, now available

If in ‘Chromakopia’ Tyler, The Creator gave clues about a possible retirement, it is clear that we are still far from that point. The Californian artist surprised last week as the launch of a new album called ‘Don’t Tap the Glass’ advanced, which, as promised, is available from this Monday. It is a brief album of 10 tracks and 28 minutes. This is the tracklist:
01 Big Poe
02 sugar on my tongue
03 SUCKA FREE
04 Mommanem
05 stop playing with me
06 ring rinh
07 Don’t Tap the Glass / Tweakin ‘
08 Don’t You Werry Baby
09 i’ll take care of you
10 tell me what is

On Friday afternoon, Tyler had been publishing images that pointed to something happening on Monday. It has not been until its concert at the Barclays Center in New York when more light has been thrown on what Okonma was preparing through the official website of the album, ‘Don’s Tap the Glass’.

Upon entering, the imaginary of the album, with a disproportionate Tyler as the main image, invades the screen. From there, you can click to acquire the vinyl, CD, Merch and various box sets. The shipping date is this Monday, July 21. If we click several times on the screen and try to break the glass, Tyler’s voice begins to recite the three rules associated with the LP:

1. Body movement. Don’t stay still
2. Speak only in glory. Leave the load at home.
3. Do not touch the glass.
