Kyle Dixon & Michael Steincomposers of the music of the Netflix hit “Stranger Things”will star in a sound retrospective of the series on two Spanish dates.
Winners of several Emmy awards, Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein will offer two unique performances in our country to star in an extensive retrospective of the pieces that both have composed together to provide an attractive musical background to what remains one of the most successful series of recent years and, obviously, one of the biggest hits of the Netflix streaming platform.
We will be able to see them developing between synthesizers and electronic sounds in Barcelona (September 5, Sala Paral·lel 62) and Madrid (September 8, The Music Station Principe Pío).
Let us also remember that Dixon and Stein are both members of the American band SURVIVE and that, since the series began in 2016, they have provided music to each of the chapters, providing a particular musical universe to the universe. “Stranger Things”, something they have achieved by combining analog synthesizers, cinematic tension and inspiration from 1980s science fiction and fantasy.
The tour offers a complete musical retrospective of the saga, from the already iconic main theme to the compositions created for the fifth and final season. Performed entirely live by its authors, the show invites the public to revisit some of the most memorable moments of the series through the music that accompanied them.
