The electronic music duo Digitalism celebrates twenty years of career. The one that continues to be one of the most important German electronic and dance groups of recent years will visit us with its tour “Idealism Live” by the end of the year.
Ismail “Isi” Tüfekçi and Jens “Jence” Moelle are Digitalism, a duo from Hamburg who rose to fame thanks to the effective songs on their first album “Idealism”now reissued as “Idealism Forever (Anniversary Edition)”which included songs like the dancefloor smasher “Pogo.” Three other albums have since come out that have kept them in the music scene: “I Love You Dude” (eleven), “Mirage” (16) and “JPEG” (19; this one reissued as “JPEG_complete” in 2021). Apart from that they have remixed a long list of artists ranging from Daft Punk even Depeche Mode or The White Stripes.
In any case, we will now be able to see them on stage again as part of this twentieth anniversary tour of their formation.
