David Bisbal, king of Christmas in Spain

One day before the end of the year, David Bisbal has achieved number 1 on the Spanish Discs list. It has been thanks to his Christmas work, ‘Everything is Possible at Christmas’. This includes classics of the genre, such as the successful ‘El Burrito Sabanero’, and original compositions, such as the song that gives its name to the project.

Bisbal also manages to place 3 Christmas carols on the singles list. ‘El burrito sabanero’ is the strongest rise of the week, going from number 58 to number 9. Also ‘Everything is possible at Christmas’ goes from 89 to position 12. And finally ‘The fish in the river’ enters the number 62. The first place in albums for Bisbal has come after 6 weeks hovering around the highest numbers in the ranking. Bisbal is followed by Quevedo, Dani Martín, Hoke and Taylor Swift, in this order, completing the Top 5.

We remember that the rapper from Alicante is an independent artist and that last week he entered the list at number 8 thanks to ‘TRES CREUS’. On the other hand, Ruslana, who last week was in fourth place, today drops to number 42 on the list.

Myke Towers, with ‘Lyke Miike’ debuting at number 15, and Arcángel, with ‘Papi Arca’ at number 96, make the only entries on this week’s chart.
