Damon Albarn, Grian Chatten and Kae Tempest have come together to create “Flags”, their joint single, which is part of the charity album “HELP(2)”.
“Flags” is the new song that will be part of the charity album “HELP(2)“. The theme reflects on youth and the self, and is written and performed by Damon Albarn (Blur), Grian Chatten (Fontaines DC) and the rapper poet Kae Tempest. Produced by himself Albarn next to James Ford, Marta Salogni and Toby Lthe song stands as a bold statement of resilience: finding strength within and solidarity with others.
The single joins “Opening Night”, the first preview of the album performed by Arctic Monkeyswhich marked his return after four years without releasing music. “HELP(2)“will be published on Friday March 6 via War Child Records. The album can now be reserved at this same link. The compilation has been made possible through close collaboration with Abbey Road Studios, recorded primarily during one extraordinary week in November 2025 under the direction of acclaimed producer James Ford.
