The Getxotarra quartet Dadabe He launches into new sound records in his new single “The Mission”
Dadabe were presented in society in 2022 with a homonymous EP and their participation in the edition of that year of the Spring Sound. They described the project as “a type of guitar tuning very helped by the Slacer bands, including Pavement (let’s stay with this reference) …” and also as “simply, a group of friends playing music” with the indie rock tag tattooed on fire. After the letter of presentation of the homonymous EP that saw the light in the mid -2022, which included four songs sung in English and with the spotlight placed in the Anglo -Saxon and alternative rock (review here), they left us a year later two new singles, “Paz” and “Blackout”, continuing the same musical line as their predecessor songs. Now in his new single, “the mission”, we are surprised by lowering the intensity and caressing ourselves with a rock with melodies and lo-fi rhythms.
