Crazyya returns with “El Caletón”

After three years of collective silence, Crazy -the Canarian trio formed by Don Patricio, Bejo and Geni Colegui – returns with “THE CALETON “an EP composed of three unpublished themes: “Ricotta”, “Oh God!” and “more than 12”.

The title refers to the iconic natural pools of Tenerife, and the project arrives as a breath of fresh air just in time for the summer. The announcement was made surprisingly through social networks, where the group published: “Crazy Is Back. On Friday ‘El Caletón’, three fresh temitas for that enjoyment this summer. It was time, right?” His fans, who since 2022 cried out for his return, soon celebrated it as “the news of the year.”

With a cover that parody the mythical “Abbey Road” from The Beatles, but with Short, Cholas and Mar Canario in the background, “THE CALETON “ It maintains the essence of Crazy: humor, island flow and visual references closely linked to its identity.

Formed in 2014, the group reached great popularity in 2019 with the hit “that face that you take me”, and became a phenomenon. After launching “paid vacations” in 2022, the three decided to pause the project to focus on their individual careers. Bejo and Geni remained active in tours and launches, while Don Patricio retired temporarily after feeling overcome by the fame that brought the success of “counting moles”.

Now, Crazyya returns with renewed energies, appealing to memory, to summer enjoyment and its connection with the public. Will they keep the spark after the break? Everything indicates that: “THE CALETON “ Sounds up back in style.
