Coachella faces $28,000 fine for Lana Del Rey

Coachella faces paying around a fine of about twenty-eight thousand dollars due to the prolongation of thirteen minutes from the concert of King's wool.

At the performance on Friday, April 19, King's wool, the singer extended her set for more than thirteen minutes of the allowed time. The excess time outside the Californian state curfew has resulted in a charge of $28,000 for the festival. The artist already suffered something similar during her performance in the previous edition of the Glastonburyin which the organization had to stop its actions to comply with the respective curfew.

It is not the first time that the festival has been penalized for this infraction. In the previous edition, the charges amounted to $117,000 due to non-compliance with time regulations.

The controversy adds to the different technical failures of the first weekend of the Californian festival. Despite the controversies, Lana Del Rey's performance at Coachella turned out to be a great success, with an extensive catalog through which the artist has reviewed a large part of her career and with luxury guests such as Billie Eilish or Camila Cabello.
